Looking for an easy, fail-proof snack to get the holiday going this week? Here’s the answer – your local grocery store deli area will have Boursin cheese – grab the garlic and herbs flavor. The most difficult part of this is finding hot honey – a definite necessity! (usually around the honey section, duh)
Here ya go, and check out other Boursin recipes and products — I’m planning to toss into a pasta sauce!
- 1 round garlic & fine herbs Boursin cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 whisked egg
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs (seasoned with salt & peppa)
- Hot honey
- Fresh rosemary
- Dredge cheese block in flour, dip in egg wash, and coat full in seasoned panko. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until gold and melty. Drizzle with hot honey (I go pretty heavy on this), sprinkle with rosemary and serve warm with crackers. Yum!
Happy holidays!
